THIS isn’t just any Christmas food… it’s Marks and Spencer’s Christmas food.
This year, M&S’ festive food range includes 300 new products including mini battered sausages, snow globe baubles filled with gin and a chocolate orange Christmas pudding.
M&S’ profiteroles cost £12 and are layered with a rich salted caramel sauce
We know it’s almost three months until Christmas – but tomorrow M&S launches its Food to Offer website and delivery slots become available for customers to place orders.
You can order the posh nosh via the website or fill in an in-store order form from October 1.
But we’ve had a sneak peak of what will be in shops and here are our favourite bits.
Mini battered sausages with chip shop curry dip – £5
M&S has taken inspiration from a chip supper for this festive treat
If you love a cheeky trip to the chippy then these will be right up your street.
They are in shops from October 21 and you can pop them in the freezer.
Chicken doughnut dippers – £5
M&SForget sweet doughnuts – these ones from M&M are made from chicken[/caption]
Yes, that’s right. A chicken nugget shaped in a ring, that comes with BBQ sauce and waffle crumbs for dipping.
You get eight doughnuts in the box.
These are in shops from October 31.
Molten mountain cheesebake – £7
You’ll be in cheese heaven with this gooey bake on your Christmas table
A cheese-lovers dream! A fondue pot of gruyere, comte and emmental, topped with bacon lardons, roasted onion and raclette cheese.
You pop it in the oven and it serves six people.
Mini snow globe baubles filled with gin – £12
M&S’ snow globe gin is back (left, £18) and there’s smaller mini baubles too (right, £12 for three)
Last year, festive fans went absolutely wild for M&S’ snow globe gin.
This year the top tipple is back and it costs £18 – but there is also a mini version.
They cost £12 for a pack of three.
The gin comes in two flavours – clementine and rhubarb – and if you give the bottle shake then the gold leaf shimmer falls like snowflakes. Magical.
Chocolate salted caramel brownie cream liqueur – £12
M&S says this cream liqueur tastes like salted caramel brownies
Last year, M&S had a trifle cream liqueur and now they’ve got this.
It’s the posh shop’s version of Bailey’s – but it tastes like salted caramel brownies.
Festive Colin the Caterpillar cake – £10
M&SColin the Caterpillar is back for Christmas and he looks as festive as ever[/caption]
He’s back! It’s a little bit more expensive than a normal Colin, but perfect as a treat before your office Christmas party.
It’s not in stores yet, but M&S said to keep eyes peeled in early December when its Xmas stock comes in.
Sausage roll wreath – £8
M&SA buffet centrepiece made for sausage roll fans[/caption]
We love this brilliant buffet centre piece costing £8.
The wreath of pork goodness is topped with star-shaped pastry. Yum.
